For security reason, we ship our orders using POSLAJU offered by POS Laju Malaysia. They provide tracking number
which you can use to trace your packet during shipment. The shipping rate is calculated by weight.
By using POSLAJU, you can receive your items within 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that this is the amount of time it takes after we
have received your payment, not after the time you place your order.
As such, please do allow some buffer time for your package to reach you. If you have waited that long (at least double the maximum amount of time shown above),
and you still have no packge, please contact us immediately and we will check it out for you.
Our records show that our customers do not experience any missing packages since POSLAJU provide tracking number with tracing capabilities.

Customer satisfaction is our goal. We inspect our items prior to shipment. Due to hygenic reason, we do not accept any refund or requests to return saleable-condition merchandise. |
